It's not a must to secure admission to UK schools before applying, though having secured admission will be a plus to you.
When applying u must have three postgraduate courses of Ur choice of which you intend to study.

Please guys, application deadline is 5th of Nov and I'm yet to secure my transcript, do I post it straight to chevening or do I get it, scan it to upload?

Also I'm just applying to the 3 UK universities, getting delayed by IELTS, my result will be ready be4 nov 5th, can I complete my chevening application without securing the admission yet?
