In today’s world where busy schedules and hustling have taken their foremost positions, it is very easy a thing to be caught up in our daily activities that suck our precious time. We are distracted by all that technology has to offer mankind- the internet, emails, text messages, etc. we are so choked up that we do not reflect what we have done on that day. Do you know that self-reflection is very important if you really want to be successful?
Most champions in the world, the top richest people, and religious teachers allude to self-reflection as a vital key to a successful life.
Self-reflection means looking at who you are, where you are, what you are doing, and what you want the future to bring for you- thus using this ideal idea to be where you really want to be.
The truth is that, without self-reflection, you cannot truly achieve anything useful. In fact, Margaret J Wheatley talks about self-reflection, she says: “Without self-reflection, we go blindly on our way- creating more unintended consequences and failing to achieve anything useful.
This learned behavior helps to assess the activities of our daily lives so that we can see how our actions contribute to our success and happiness.
