A man was, yesterday, ordered to lie inside a dirty stagnant water by some policemen attached to Ovwian Police Station, Warri, Delta State.

The offense of the man isn’t known but according to an eyewitness, the officers, who go around in a bus without number plate, are notorious for harassing young men and women on a daily basis.
