Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has just presented an appropriation of N155.8billion for 2019 fiscal to the state Assembly. The budget is broken into N62.3billion recurrent and 93.5billion capital expenditure. The education and health sectors are the most favoured with 27.5percent and 15.02percent respectively.
