Many SE and SS states have all declared public holidays to enable workers and market people go register and collect thier PVCs. I know Abia and Delta state declared at least a 2 day public holidays. When will Lagos and other SW states follow suit? Or are they not going to mobilize for credible elections via the PVC? |
