You need a good android phone and you have a very poor cash to offer. Seriously, there is no nice phone under that range. You must get crap. Trust me

Go get the umigidi a1 pro it has 3gig of ram and clocks At 1.5gh even the latest spark does not have 3 gig and their 2gig ram sef is 38k its still clock at 1.2gh
