make u enter chinese recovery by pressing volume down + power button. From there find item test, enter speaker if e make sound then you reset your phone but if e no make, na to carry am go give local engineer. But if the phone na new one wey never reach 1 year you fit return am to tecno or carlcare. 3 Likes |
