The Osun State government has declared Monday, August 20, 2018, as public holiday to celebrate traditionalists in the state.

The public holiday will be used to celebrate the annual Isese festival by traditionalists in the state.

This was contained in a press release signed by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Dr Adebisi Obawale.

He explained that Isese Day was a public holiday set aside for traditional believers in the state by Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s administration.

According to him, the holiday was in recognition of the annual Isese festival’s grand finale, which allows the adherents of traditional religion to come together for the annual celebration.

“Also known as Traditional Worshipers Day, Isese Day is the celebration of the peak of festivities among adherents of traditional religion.

“The government enjoined all the traditional believers to celebrate the Isese day in peace and avoid any act capable of breaching the peace of the state”, the statement read.

dear house, we're researching for a new hotel brand to be introduced into the country, and we would be more than happy if you can give us your answer to this question. would you lodge in a hotel that offers cheap rates (5k downwards depending on the number of days paid for) but does not offer free Wi-Fi and a TV in the rooms. please, your honest answers would really be appreciated.

Hmmnn. Can you tell us more about some other offerings of such hotel in the absense of the TV. I think many people may not mind not having free Wi-Fi since they can easily use their own phone data.
