Good day Nairalander, I order for unlock service using online services and I was paid using PayPal's, later they send me a message that my order was unable to unlock due to unpaid bills on the phone.

so I received a refunds on my PayPal account, but the refund has not reflect on my Master Card. please any help or how can I go about it.

The refund won't reflect instantly, it depends on your bank, it can take from 7 days to a month. contact your bank for more information.
