Several factors can cause nausea and vomiting just after eating, from food poisoning to worm issue down to pregnancy. It could get so annoying after eating your favorite food and the next thing you feel sick in the stomach. So things it may occur because of meal with little or no spice that is so those who consume excessive spicy food.

Causes of Nausea and Vomiting

There are various foods which can fool your immune system into identifying them as harmful food. Foods like fish, nuts or egg. Your immune system launches a series of events that leads to the release of histamine and other chemicals. These chemicals produce allergy symptoms which range from nausea and vomiting.

Motion sickness

There are some category of people who are very sensitive to movement, when they are in a moving vehicle it makes them feel sick, eating before or after a very long ride may make the nausea and vomiting even worse.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

There are very rear cases of this syndrome. IBS is a collection of gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms, which can include abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation. Nausea and vomiting is one of the commonest complaints in people with IBS.

Gallbladder Disease
Your gallbladder is an organ that sits in the upper right side of your abdomen. It helps your body digest fats. Gallstones and other diseases can affect your ability to digest fats. As a result you will have the nausea feeling and in some causes the individual may vomit, especially after eating a fatty food.

Stomach Virus
Stomach flu is a nick name for stomach virus. This virus affects the intestines and triggers GI symptoms like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. You can be infected by the virus by getting close or eating with someone who is sick with the virus.

Pregnancy
The earliest sighs that accompanies pregnancy is an uneasy feeling, which often starts during the second month of your pregnancy. Hormonal changes triggers pregnancy nausea and vomiting.

Nausea can come at anytime of the day, sometimes at mealtimes, sometimes the smell or taste of certain foods is enough to make your stomach roll. It’s a normal feeling and it won’t harm the baby.

Anxiety and Stress

Stress doesn’t only take a toll on your emotions. It affects your physical health also. A difficult breakup or job loss can make you lose your appetite, or feel like vomiting after eating. The nausea feeling will go once you get through the stress.

When Should I See a Doctor?

It is very I to see a doctor once you see these serious symptoms when you vomit. It is normal to nausea but quick see a doctor when it doesn’t go after a week or two. Call a doctor right away when you see the following signs:

• Rapid heart burn
• Sever vomiting
• Intense pain in the abdomen
• Sever fever
• Blood in your vomit or stools
• Chest pain
• Extreme thirst
• Little urine, weakness or dizziness
• Diarrhea that lasts for days
• Confusion

Tips to avoid feeling Sick after Eating:

• Eat and drink slowly
• Relax and sit still after you eat to give your food time to digest
• Eat smaller meals more frequently, instead of three large meals.
• Suck on ice cubes or crushed ice.
• Chew a gum (something sugary)
• Add little pepper to you meal
