Is it for new Sims? Will I get the same volume of data if I subscribe for N2500 on old SIM?

Is ntel available n Kaduna, Kano, Warri, or PH?
They are only in Lagos and Abuja and that is partly because of the dense population in those areas. The part O don't like is the reduction of data for night plans to 25% it previous value of 500mb. it is now 125mb for N25.
