If committed at Akwa Ibom, why not cite the "Criminal Law of Akwa Ibom State"?

I understand the suit is filed at Lagos state, but that necessitates the application of Renvoi principle under Conflict of Laws.

If GEJ was rightly blame for corruption under his regime as a president; then, APC's Akpabio is answerable for corruptions under his watch as the executive governor.

I can see that people are so daft that to the point that their minds are on their feet. How can some one imagine that it is Akpabio that caused the problem of Bassey Albert. Bassey was invited before Akpabio detected to APC. Nigerian politics is based on tribe. If Akpabio was from Ibibio stuck, people will praise him and they wouldnt have said all these against him. We should shun politics of ethnicity. Akpabio did well when he was a governor. Elderly peoples had free medical treatment, pregnant women had free pre and post natal care, all the children in the state had free and compulsory education, roads constructed, cottage hospitals were built, general hospitals rehabilitated and alot more of you will read in my book Akpabio's passion for Nigeria.
