Politics apart, Apc is a demonic party full of tyrants and evil people. I have never seen anything good in the likes of Oshiomole, Ajimobi, Lai, and the rest that make up the party. I'm afraid cos if their first term in government could be like this then i wonder how bad the second will be if we could dare vote Buhari in again. Once bitten......... May God help us

Earlier, Ayefele had stated that his office responded to all letters forwarded to it by the state government.

He expressed regrets at not being able to see the governor, adding that the emissaries he sent failed to deliver his messages.

Ayefele stated that he remains a law-abiding citizen who is ready to comply with the regulations of the state government.

NAN reports that the committee, comprising of government official and some workers of Fresh FM station, including Ayefele, had since commenced the resolution process.

The meeting, which lasted hours, was later adjourned for another day.

In politics, legal actions have political consequences. Those supporting Ajimobi online in his mistake won't vote in Oyo state. Those who vote in Oyo state won't listen to the legal arguments in favour of Ajimobi. All they know is that Ajimobi demolished Ayefele's station and he must be paid back in his coin.

Where are those clowns praising Ajimobi that demolishing Ayefele's building 8 months before election was a right move?

Strength is is not just knowing how to strike, it also involves knowing when to strike.

Fifty salutations for you sir. This is the point I've been saying that people are really missing. While Fresh FM might be guilty as charged, the government ought not to have acted when it did. Firstly, government is a body not a person, so why the rush? Why can't they wait for the court injunctions?
Secondly, anyone good at calculating politics should know that Ajimobi ought not to do anything near controversy till his last day in office especially when he is so much concerned about leaving a successor from his party. To him, he has fulfilled the law but to the populace, he has acted wickedly. Now it's all spilt milk. The indigenes will keep seeing a devilish Ajimobi. Even the reconciliation itself will make people know that he's afraid of 2019.

Stop twisting facts and realities.

Ayefele don learn his lesson and he's agreed to comply with the laws of the state.

You Igbos don't have PVCs or voting privileges in Oyo state so of what relevance is your flawed kabukabu analysis.

It is always good to think before acting but the proud will not do that. Now he has to shamelessly retrace his step. The damage however has been done. The people will not forget his act of wickedness so soon.

Ayefele, wondered why the commissioner would be concerned about his image without considering the effect of the colossal loss to him and his staff.

He specifically accused Arulogun of goading the governor to carry out the demolition, instead of deploying his capacity to prevent demolition and the crisis that followed.

It was, however, unanimously agreed that hostilities and social media war between both the government and the radio station should end.

Coward governor. Law is Law. Why not stand your ground. Did you do this for all the houses demolished or because he is popular.
Demolished for what purpose?
It is not a crime for state government to demolish houses for purpose of road expansion and compensate the building owners.
In 2012, part of the FRESH FM was affected when the road expansion was taken place but just that the construction company ensured high level of professionalism to protect the main building at that time. Now, no road construction is going on in that place as the six lanes road has been completed years back.

Towards resolving the crisis created by the demolition of the Music House housing Fresh F.M radio by the Oyo State government, the chairman of the radio station, Dr Yinka Ayefele and Governor Abiola Ajimobi, on Thursday, met at the Agodi Government House.

The two-level peace meeting, Tribune Online gathered, was facilitated by a top governorship aspirant in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Joseph Tegbe.

At the first level of the meeting, it was gathered the governor directed that a new building accommodating the additional parts of the building be approved for Ayefele immediately.

The ace gospel singer’s architect is to liaise with officials in the department of physical planning to work out the modalities and the approval, while the fence of the building would be moved back a few metres.

The governor, it was gathered, also expressed willingness to ensure financial compensation to Ayefele, with the terms of the recompense to be discussed at a later meeting between the governor and the proprietor of the station.

But the peaceful atmosphere that governed the first round of the meeting involving the governor gave way, as Ayefele and Arulogun were left to hold the second layer of the meeting.

Ayefele, a source said, was angered when the commissioner requested the management of Fresh F.M to be part of the “action plan” to redeem his image, that of the governor and the APC as part of the resolution of the matter.

An infuriated Ayefele was said to have rejected the request, saying Fresh F.M did not create the image problem and would not be part of its redemption.

Ayefele, said the source, wondered why the commissioner would be concerned about his image without considering the effect of the colossal loss to him and his staff.

He specifically accused Arulogun of goading the governor to carry out the demolition, instead of deploying his capacity to prevent demolition and the crisis that followed.

It was, however, unanimously agreed that hostilities and social media war between both the government and the radio station should end.

With the governor and Ayefele at the meeting were the Information Commissioner, Toye Arulogun; KPMG senior partner, Tegbe; the Director, Corporate Affairs of Yinka Ayefele Nigeria Limited, Mr David Ajiboye; anchor of Fresh F.M’s Political Circuit, Mr Isaac Brown, and others.

Let's correct this impression that fresh FM was demolished 'part of the building was' that's why we can still listen to fresh FM load and clear,Am sure the demolitions was not only on fresh FM it affected University of Ibadan, Kola Daisi University ( which the owner is one of the chieftain in Ibadan) , University College Hospital...Even on fresh FM this morning during the meeting they held yesterday Ayefele said the only mistake he made was that all the time they've been inviting them instead of sending representatives he would have drove down to government house himself to see the governor, lastly fresh FM was not the only radio station invited by the state government Space fm was also invited and they yield to the government call. So let's not be too emotional or politicize everything...Just one question do we fight and be too emotional like this when something like this happen to a common Nigerian?
