Have you guys heard of HiFL (Higher Institutions Football League). It is a football league for universities in Nigeria.

2018 marks the maiden edition and 16 teams are participating in it. The 16 schools cut across the north (Sahel Conference) and South (Coastal Conference) of Nigeria.

Here are a list of the participating teams.

NORTH (SAHEL)

SOUTH (SAHEL CONFERENCE)

7. UNICAL MALABITES
8. UNN LIONS

The league started in August and so far three teams have booked their place in tne next round: Uniben royals, UDU Sultans, UNN Lions.

HiFL is created by PSEM Ltd and managed in partnership with NUGA. HiFL is produly sponsored by Stanbic and has media partners like Brila FM, Super Sports and Complete Sports.
