Some angry youths in the Iwo area of Osun State, have on Friday, set a police station ablaze in the town over the alleged shooting of an undergraduate student, Tunde Nofiu, by an officer attached to the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS). According to PUNCH Metro, the student who was spending the holidays in the town and was going to Iwo from Olupona, was shot dead on Thursday night and the incident has led to a protest. It was gathered that the youths of the town gathered and set ablaze the police station on Friday morning.
