We all know how important a verified Paypal account is to get paid for services we offer online. However, Paypal for reasons known to only it's management has made it's service limited for Nigerians. We can neither receive into a nigeria-based paypal account nor withdraw, we can only send money to others and make payments. We used to link payoneer virtual bank accounts before but paypal have caught wind of that, because payoneer is no bank. So the VBAs they give us are not regular bank account, and besides payoneer now even rejects payments from e-money services like paypal.

This made me go into research and i can comfortably tell you that there are online banks in the UK & Germany who will give you bank accounts no matter where you live. You just need an international passport or driver's license to confirm your identity. You can also use someone else's if you dont have any of those two (Just forget USA, it's not possible for now. I'll be here to announce it when i find one).
This bank will transfer your money on demand within 1-2 business days to your naira account at #355 per $, #412 per € and #455 per £. There's no need for you to have a domiciliary account because they will send naira at those rates.
Making calculations, the amount you'll receive for $100 is around #33,400 as compared to #300 * 100 = #30,000 which exchangers will give you or even lower. You can even become an exchange yourself and make incredible profit if you want to.

They always have several options including phone number, but even if that's the case, we'll make a rent receipt bearing your name and the german or uk address registered with paypal. The most important thing is not to lie about one's nationality. They do ask for only someone's passport of the nationality chosen too. However, the limit threshold is very high when the account is confirmed with a bank account, and you use it wisely, you may never run into problems. It's usually when they get suspicious of something that they go mad.
If all options fail, paypal is easy to close and reopen. They allow you to take out your money after 180 days if you dont have what they are asking for and money is in the account.
