My friend don't be so obviously dull! Are there no federal hospitals in states? Who says the FG cannot completely overhaul existing ones or build more? Until the constitution is amended, the FG also has its role to play in the health sector in all parts of the country. It is not the sole preserve of state governments/Governors.

The efforts are on primary health care which this administration.has rejuvenated in all the 774local government
