We are looking for free-lance facilitators worldwide with a wealth of experience in training and workshops to join our robust faculty. We train within and across the shores of the nation and are pleased to invite experienced facilitators willing to collaborate with us from time to time, depending on project demand.

Interested Candidates should have:
Minimum of 5 years practical experience as a facilitator,
Experience in developing curricula and have an understanding of adult learning methods;
Fluency in spoken English;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Experience in facilitating Training and Workshops or events with different nationalities, gender and religious groups, ideally in a politically or culturally sensitive context;
Experience in facilitating large groups;
Ability to work with a team of facilitators and trainers for multiple day workshops;
Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel;
Demonstrable commitment to JSK's mission and values, including an understanding of the contexts in which JSK's work is carried out.
