President Muhammadu Buhari will today, September 1, receive German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, to the State House.

The German leader left her country on Wednesday on a 3-day trip to 3 African countries (Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana).

Merkel’s visit to Africa, among other things, is to discuss job creation in order to prevent illegal migration of Africans to Europe.

Meanwhile, Nigerian president has received eight Heads of State to the country between June and August 2018.
