Its a nice idea, hope you have all the equipment needed for this business, most important, you need a printer and a laptop
i dont know the method you intend using, as for me i bought the recharge card printing software from one of big dealer that is into the business already and get my epin from him at a discount rate ranging from 84-94 naira for an 100 naira card,
price of epin are not static its some how volatile, i buy at 88, 90 naira for 100 naira card.
its a cool business and not a get rich quick business. its all about time. but the higher your purchase of epin the higher your returns

As sub dealer can I print Recharge card without having the software?

I have lost my money in this recharge card printing stuff, its not easy to print recharge cards if you don't physically visit head offices of the various telecom providers. meet them so that they will put you through, Don't let anyone scam you online as a dealer or agent, I am a victim.
