We are looking for effective Customer Support Agents and Sales representatives with an excellent communication and superior people skills.
1. Customer support Agent
You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints. Responsibilities: • Handle sales enquires and customer complaints through calls, email, live chat and other e-channels. • Generate sales leads through the e-channels. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer transactions. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. • Go the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements • Past experience as a customer service executive is an advantage. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Good writing skills. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • `University degree or its equivalent.
2. Sales Representative:
You will prospect for new clients for the company, plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with Give Raffle
Requirements: • Graduate/HND in Marketing or any other related fields with a minimum of 3years working experience and good track records. • He/she must have excellent communications/ persuasion/ public speaking skills.
