A 59-year-old woman has gone on trial accused of having cex with a 14-year-old boy while on holiday with his family. The alleged victim’s gran told a court yesterday she saw the pair having cex on the balcony of a flat in Ibiza in the middle of the night but was too shocked to intervene. In his evidence, the teenager said Gail Dickinson told him: “Your mum thinks you’re a boy but I know you’re a man.”



Dickinson, of Glenrothes, denies that she engaged in sexual activity with the boy by kissing him on the lips, touching him on the body, performing oral cex on him and engaging in sexual intercourse on June 13 last year. Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard she was a friend of his family and had gone to Ibiza with the teen, his mum, gran and brother. They all shared a holiday flat in San Antonio.

The schoolboy’s gran told the trial she heard Dickinson saying to him: “You’ve got a lovely package there.” She said: “I thought she was talking about his private parts and that it was very, very inappropriate.” She added she had initially split up Dickinson and the boy when she found them in the living room and her grandson was partially neykked and “clearly aroused”. She told him to go to bed but later heard whispering from the balcony.

When she looked through a gap in the curtains, she saw the pair engaged in sexual intercourse. The gran told the court she then saw Dickinson perform oral cex on the boy, adding: “I could tell from his face he was enjoying it.” She said Dickinson was “making demands” and the boy was following “like a robot”.
