Following the outcome of the emergency meeting held by the Governing Council of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki held today Thursday, 6th September, 2018 at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Education, Science and technology, Secretary Ibadan.
The Council has also directed that all academic activities resume immediately .
According to the nation, the Governing Council gave the directive at the end of an emergency meeting with a signed communiqué which spelt the following
The communique was jointly signed by the trio of the Chairman, Governing Council, Professor Tijani, the Chairman, Council Negotiation Committee, Mr. Folorunsho Ayinla and Registrar/Secretary to Council, Mr. A.O. Ojewole.
“By the resolution of the Council, the activities of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP), Saki Chapter is hereby suspended.
“That, all academic activities should resume immediately.
