Pls guys, my Lenovo k5 note I ordered from Jumia was shipped from overseas. screen got broken, phone got disabled. now, I can't get the screen anywhere. how can I order for it and get it delivered in good time. please help.

not even me. someone I don't know till today broke it and kept it for me. now I'm doing all the wahala alone. so, it's not Jumia, OK.

situations like these are one of the reasons we advise you get devices with parts available around, take for instance tecno devices, their parts are ready available so you won't end up with issues like this
