Tyrone Harvin,a 14-year-old boy, has been charge with murder and rape in connection with the death of an 83-year-old woman, Dorothy Mae Neal, in Baltimore. 

Maryland law requires Harvin be charged as an adult. He is accused of sexually assaulting and killing Neal, who was found unresponsive on Aug. 29 in her West Baltimore apartment.

She later died at a hospital after being beaten by Harvin, who lived on the same street with her.
