A married plumber was flogged mercilessly today, Tuesday, September 4, 2018, for molesting a 9-year-old girl in Opolo, Yenagoa Bayelsa State.

The suspect, from Rivers State, allegedly committed the crime in the visitor’s toilet of the house of the victim’s parents.
