I listened to Osho in that interview. He was just bleeping about issue he knew nothing about. Quoting constitution and interpreting it to align with his desire. He mentioned the impeachment of President, , VP, Governor and VG that the constitution specifically mentioned 'ALL' members but on Senate President, Speakers at both national and state level the constitution says 'MEMBERS' and not "ALL". I am not a lawyer but i know the as a layman that the constitution meant both the senate and house of reps members by the word 'ALL'. If by his logic, it means any group can just come up and impeach the senate president or speaker at will if we have to go by his idea that the 2/3 means members of any any political members. A small party with five members can just come up and impeach speaker or senate president. The constitution is not ambiguous but clearer. You need 2/3 of members of any house to impeach the head of senate or house of reps or assembly. If his logic is to come by, it would create anarchy and continuous unrest.
