My landlord decided to impose dislodging the soak away on only his tenants. He says that is how it is done everywhere. He says he will not contribute any amount because he does not live here with us. Is it right? Please help with proof. Thanks |

bukkielee: . As tenants in a 5-flat building at Yaba, we were all responsible for getting the soakaway evacuated. We had no agreement with our landlord but two of us were estate agents and we did what they advised. We were all long-term tenants -12 to 28 years. |
