John Terry has emphasized his aspiration to end up as manager after Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri communicated his eagerness for the previous chief to join his instructing staff.

No exchanges have been held over the likelihood of Terry returning "home" and it is Sarri's understanding, from addressing the 37-year-old prior this month, that the safeguard is quick to keep playing for another season.
