Old minds. In all honesty, these old minds are in many ways better than most young ones. For those making all the noise about the French president I will say he was kind of lucky to have inherited a very healthy and structured economy/government. There are processes and procedures in most of these countries they have enjoyed as far back as the 18's. I doubt if must of them can withstand and revive crumbling economies in moat African countries. I might be wrong though.

In 9ja depending on ethno-religious considerations, whims and caprices of a few, you need no personal sterling or excellent business or administrative qualities to be president. In fact fake or no credentials at all will do.

Being a President is about having a good vision for the country and putting together an excellent team to do the job.

Otedola will do this quite well, and I don't mean ministers. Let him appoint ministers to sit and sign, collect their salary and go, but also run a think tank to make all decisions.

That's a million times better than OBJ, Yar'Adua, GEJ or PMB have done in all these years.

He shouldn't waste time in Lagos. Let him come to Abuja.

They are not chopping like they used to under GEJ. In GEJ time, I could not get them to come work on my farm because they earned so much more than I could pay doing rankadede to the local politicians. Nowadays, they beg me to give them gari because rankadede doesn't pay anymore and they starve.
