Just in case you might be surprised by the heading, I'm not saying you're gambling, at one of the casinos(or baba ijebu, as is known in Nigeria). But what I'm just trying to say, is that those who buy NON RUNNING VEHICLES, online (auctions), or offline, are playing a huge gamble, in which they sometimes, don't know the outcome of the "dice" thrown. Getting to know what non running vehicles are, and some of the problems they tend to potray, would be worth tour time for a read!
