Those project you mentioned are not projects that can take four years to construct and commissioned. Why are oshodi to Abule,oshodi terminal still under construction? He can use 1 year to finish that oshodi terminal and at least 18months to finish Oshodi to Abule Egbe road. Laybys are not project. In fact,this guy is a criminal. He has finished Lagos.
