A 34-year-old car snatcher identified as Lucky David-Ozuowe, from Delta state, has been arrested by the Bayelsa State Vigilante Service, BSVS, in Yenagoa. According to Evangelist Parkins Ogede (Chairman of BSVS), the suspect and two other gang members earlier snatched the Sienna car, at gunpoint, in Delta State. However, the owner of the car contacted BSVS after his tracker indicated that his car was in Bayelsa State. The group swung into action and Lucky was arrested along the Sani Abacha Expressway, while the other gang members escaped.
