Moshood said Adeleke connived with four persons identified as Sikiru Adeleke, Aregbesola Mufutau (principal of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Egbedore LGA, Osun), Gbadamosi Thomas Ojo (school official responsible for the registration of candidates for NECO), and Dare Olutope (school teacher who facilitated the crime).

He had asked them to report to the special investigation panel at the force headquarters in Abuja.

What are we encouraging here, Adeleke has no WAEC certificate, he's not qualified to stand for that election, if you scored f9 all through, certificate will not be given to such candidate or if you scored both f9 and some credits, F9 will not be written on the certificate only the subjects you passed will be recorded on the certificate.

He does not need the certificate to contest.He only needed to be educated up to secondary school certificate level. TThe court has already ruled on that

Smarter. In the event he wins they’ll arraign him before he is sworn and takes refuge under 309. The APC Candidate hopefully with the next highest number of votes can then be sworn. APC apparently had all the info against Adeleke well ahead of time and was only too glad to see PDP field the Dancing Bear instead of Ogunbiyi who is better qualified and posed a tougher candidate for the APC to handle.

All they need is a restraining order.

The law says an accused person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction. Fayose also had a case pre-election which was later won after he was sworn in as governor. What Adeleke is being invited for by the police has nothing to do with election matters or requirements for contesting an election. So, his swearing-in can't be stopped by any restraining if he wins the election.
