Under the instruction of PMB, the National Emergency Management Agency NEMA is coordinating national response to the flooding and will be actively supported by the Military and other agencies and have already declared a National disaster, PMB even, further instructed all government federal agencies to use their authority and resources to assist the victims. 3 billion has also been released to assist those affected, this shows how committed he is to the welfare of the Nigerians |

you know this place has a lot of significance to our country zungeru was where lord luggard based when he was the head of state and later before he was transferred to india by the queen of england then...also the birth place of captain ojukwu and also nnamdi azikwe who was a fellow of oxford university and also a fellow of the queen of engalnd the school carries the most significant trait being the same school both men attended... and one school that lord luggard loved... infact this school is a monument of nigerias pride not to talk about the military base of the British soldiers then and also the hospitals and churches they built... ...and its surprising how it is left to nature...its supposed to be a museum the whole of zungeru is supposed to be preserved... and also taught in school....zungeru is indeed the forgotten capital of the northern protectorate.... before even nigeria came into existence.....this is very wrong our leaders are so boring and irresponsible...things like this are jewels to this nation how can you teach us and the future youths about history and the struggle of nigeria if the birthplace of civilization in nigeria is washed away... smh... nigeria has to change ...we have to change....not this present camouflaged change...true transformation is needed... it doesnt matter who we put in power on any level if they dont know the worth of this nation they are yet but another blood and bone who claim to be sons of the soil who cant do anything better than their predecessors...we are looking at leadership wrongly in nigeria. .infact... politics is very boring over here compare it to the likes of kofi annan of ghana or nelson mandela of south africa this is nonsense....our politicians dont even understand politics and the relevance of history how can they understand economya leader cant change a nations economy... the people will,if given the opportunity.ofcourse..we need the fords and Cornelius and Rockefeller of america rn in our nation.... we need to stand lest we stay down too long that we dont remember the difference between standing and staying down...we are nigerians no more medicine after death... dont visit when the damage is done prevent the people and places from the damage we dont need sympathy we need leadership....enough of the Democratic tyranny...i am determined to be the abraham lincoln of our time the Sir Winston leonardo spencer churchill of this age... who are youlets kick this old men to the old people's care homes so they take care of them and lets build nigeria... we are great lets start living up to that. |

NEMA under the present administration has been active in responding to all the people in need after this Flooding, Nema also release figures on how the water level in states keep rising. The Vp visit to get on the spot assessment of the situation and to see if officials mandated to carry out sharing of relief materials are truely carrying out such mandate.. |

The immediate response of Federal Government on the recent flooding in Nigeria is highly commendable. Kudos to NEMA for taking necessary actions |

O my Nigerian youths and brothers. What must we do to come out of all these stagnations? Let's unite and fight for liberation. Look at how we are fighting ourselves without making headway. Yoruba,Igbo,Hausa,South south,Middle belt youths, let's unite and fight these politicians or advocate to disintegrate. I have an idea 1. Let's massively protest nationally (all states) but before then, let's form a united forum, movement all states in order to make it a success or 2.Let all Nigerian youths boycott/avoid next year general elections or 3. Let us protect our votes during and after elections. Fear is a killer itself. We must do something to move forward. I have suggested, it will be wise to proffer solutions too instead of criticisms. Arewa youths, Niger delta youths, Middle belt youths, Igbo youths, Oduduwa youths, etc The time to decide is at hand. Forward ever, No more stagnations. Subsequently, mood of operations/actualisations should be communicated. |
