iT'S OK to blame Buhari for everything , but you idiots forgot Buhari doesn't make all the decisions alone , NASS doesn't want you to have increased minimum wage , Economy looted to death is not feasible to rush and pay new minimum wage

I hope you know once your wage is increased, food price , fuel price, even electricity will be hiked because measures are not in place to prevent such sudden changes

Enjoy your strike o , Please enjoy it , forget that crudeoil is $79/B and we export less than 1M barrels daily , how many farms have you supervised or own ... Don't worry , you will remember this comment long after i stop using this username

I hope the FG does not cave in the way Jonathan did in 2010 and increased the minimum wage from 5500 to 18000

Labour knew that elections would take place the following year

Such an increase helped to drain government purse and led to excessive spending on recurrent expenditure

Now we have a government running record deficits and Labour is up to its old tricks knowing that 2019 is elections

Inflation will spiral out of control and I'm sure no state government will be able to afford any large increase further pauperising them

After giving Nigerians hopes, they will collect bribes and put in their pockets.
You gat it. Those guys understand that billions of naira are currently exchanging hands in this electioneering period. They just must take a bite before they finish the national cake.

Any serious labour union leader would have since called for a nationwide strike action soon after that lifeless thing increased fuel price, crashed our naira and led us into a deep recession.

This apc will give the Labour leaders some cash now and everything will die down.
Fuel price was increased to 145 naira and subsidy is been paid more than when fuel was 87 naira. Labour did not do anything
Any body who believes this is at his own risk

You captured my thoughts. More-over, how many NIGERIANS are employed by Govt to take this minimum wage thing. Crippling the country for the interest of less than 10% govt workers is corruption

New minimum wage? When they can't even pay the current one, NLC should not drag us back abeg, the last minimum wage was part of what threw the economy into recession and double digit inflation.
