Reason Why Ronaldo Cried After Receiving A Red Card In UCL Debut For Juventus by LifestyleTonite: 9:54am On Sep 20, 2018 |
Former Manchester United player, Darren Fletcher, has stated why Cristiano Ronaldo cried after being sent off during his UEFA Champions League debut with Juventus. The game which was against Valencia and marked his return to Spain, saw him get red carded after clashing with Jeison Murillo in the area. The controversial red card saw the 33-year-old break down in tears. According to Fletcher who played with Ronaldo at Manchester United, the forward was crying because he’s let everyone down. He told BBC Radio Five Live: ”Ronaldo’s not happy with him going down after the first altercation. The red card means Ronaldo could miss a return to Old Trafford when Juventus face Manchester United in a Champions League showdown. This is possible if UEFA choose to extend the ban. Recall that Ronaldo scored against United when he faced them in 2013. https://www.wotzup.ng/2018/09/ronaldo-cried-red-card-ucl-juventus/
