What about voided votes.
voided votes is no problem. The people voted but voted wrongly. It is only polling units that are cancelled or not able to vote that matter

This is a good development for our electoral process if INEC can improve and always ensure the people votes counts. If other regions can be politically sagacious as the south west people, under performing politicians would be gradually eased out inrespective of party or tribes.
PMB may loose 2019 election if it is free and fair.
