A great opportunity has arisen with Cymek industries for a Graduate Business Analyst to work with an excellent organisation based in Ado-Ekiti.

The successful candidate will support and analyse the current business systems, liase with the our internal team as well as suppliers and assist with our organisation's growth and development plans.

The role will span:
1. Requirement gathering: Working with internal stakeholders to understand and document our business requirements in clear and unambiguous manner.
2. Specification development: Defining business and functional specifications for the system.
3. Further strengthen operating model: by actively improving existing business processes and strengthening our product/service offering(s).
4. Support: By handling the deployment process and post go-live.

Applicants should have the following:
1. Graduate degree from a recognised educational establishment
2. The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in analysis to extend and mature the business processes and/or requirements
3. Excellent communication with the demonstrated ability to act as liaison conveying needs of the business to internal stakeholders and development partners.
4. Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
