Dr. Mamora, who represents the Senate of Lagos East in the Senate from 2003 to 2011, is Deputy Director-General of the Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization during the 2015 elections. In early 2018, Mamora killed Buhari's appointment as chairman of the Investment and Infrastructure Center of Abuja (AIIC). During the Inauguration of the Board, a candidate Governor of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was appointed Chairman in the 2016 elections of Ondo Governor Ms. Jumoke Ajasin-Anifowoshe.
