Hi, please I need your help, I graduated from bida 2017 and before signing out we filled NYSC form, attached with our jamb admission letter, however things went sour and I missed batch A and B, now I want to go for batch C and they're saying I can't go that I have been mobilized and I missed, the whole thing don't add up, am confused..
