Chairman of Stercoll Group and Director General of Atikulated Agenda 2019, Chief Dr Emeka Kalu has warned a guber aspirant in Imo State, Chief Emeka Ihedioha to desist from imposition of candidate in the coming presidential primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Kalu who was reacting to the revelation that Ihedioha, along with Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike plans to impose someone of their choice, and not a unanimous candidate on the party, said it was appaling that a group of men would contemplate forcing Nigerians accept their choice.

He said that if the party ends up with an unpopular candidate and eventually loses the election to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), no one should run away from the country. Kalu spoke from the United States.

Hear him: “It saddens me to learn that two noble gentlemen I respect so much in our great party are planing to influence the coming presidential primaries in favour of their own candidate. If it’s true, then not only is this sad but a dangerous trend that will demarket the PDP and cost us the coming presidential elections.

“Governor Nyesom Wike and Chief Emeka Ihedioha must rethink and do the needful now. They obviously are on a suicide mission and if they impose this calamity on our party, Buhari will chase them out of Nigeria. Posterity will judge anyone who puts Nigerians in harm’s way for his own selfish or ulterior gains.

“Ihedioha should not forget in a hurry too how he was made by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. They must allow the primaries to hold and whoever emerges should run as the party’s presidential candidate. Don’t forget that all Nigerians are looking up to PDP at this point and it will be suicidal if we fail them”, Kalu warned.

1.the reason Atiku keeps saying that he will support any candidate that emerges free and fair, is bcuz he knows it won't be free and fair if eventual PDP holds their convention in rivers state..wike and Niger delta governors will manipulate it to favor their candidate

2.if eventually it's not held in rivers state, wike has already threaten serious repercussions and they will probably not support PDP with all the money and sacrifice he has done for them

If we are to judge on moral grounds it may be right to say let those who have stayed on with PDP thr loyal ones that kept faith with the party through the dark days be given the ticket for the presidential slot.

However, the reality on ground is the mission to dislodge Bubu from Aso rock and restore the glory of Nigeria. It doesn't matter who God uses to achieve that but onething is clear. Amongst all the PDP candidates who is mostly likely to give bubu an equal match nationwide especially in the North. Atiku I believe is the one. His wife is from the west, he has a good standing and a friend in the East, in the North he is well known.

Talking about the contest proper he has been an insider within the APC at the highest level so he knows their secrets therefore knows how to deal with their rigging machinery. Listening to him shows he has the heart to thread in areas were angels dread to. He has the boldness and determination to make great changes which others are already exhibiting fear to venture into.
Please for the sake of our fragile nation at this time let us let him steer this nation into a new dawn of dynamic leadership that will set the stage for a new crop of youth leadership. He has the capacity to bury the political ambitions of all the old deadwood politicians once and for all. No other candidate can do it the cabal will crush him. He is a cabal himself even OBJ could not do him anythingwhen he opposed his third term agenda.
If we miss him, that means sentencing the entire nation into another four years of hopelessness, directionless,lifeless government under a certificateless, visionless, clueless, bigot Bubu government that will finally send the nation into tge dustbin of history.
