it is the job of presidency and APC to nominate supposedly qualified people for ministerial positions, it is the job of the legislatures to screen the nominees, in a case where we have unqualified persons passing screening, who are we to blame?

What is the requirements of vying for any political office in nigeria thats more than Olevel, is olevel required NYSC abeg NYSC should not be even called certificate, nigeria make mistakes in calling semi-training, that even not adding value to Nigerian youth.
