Physiology and weight loss science endorse 30 minutes per day exercise plan and at least 3 times per week. This plan has been confirmed to facilitate that body fat loss and is by far the best exercise plan.
Experts agree that extended low-to-moderate intensity physical activity is yet the the important and flexible factor in energy expenditure for losing weight. The 30 minutes exercise plan is beneficial. This is because your body has only three possible energy systems.
