With the on going drama in Lagos, whereby National Working Committee member said election didn't hold and Lagos APC Chairman declring Sanwo olu the winner. Who is right or wrong? Who declared the winner in other States for the APC gubernitorial primary election. Thank


Note: I'm aware NWC is the highest body, but I cant figure out the reason for the lockjam. Are the NWC members observers or what?
