As shared by Facebook user, Kasie Odenigbo Ikenna, Anambra South Senatorial Hopeful and Chairman of Capital Oil Ltd, Ifeanyi Uba has distributed motorcycles totaling 119 to 119 APGA Ward Secretaries in Anambra South Senatorial Zone. This comes after Mr Uba failed to be cleared by APGA Senatorial Primaries screening committee.

Yeah, very sure. Only certain parts of the state have this ban.
