REFUND POLICY

All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your request. In your "PROFILE" page, the bottom right you will see the link "Refund Payment", please follow the link and instructions so that we could process your refund. Transfer time for the bank wire transfer is 5-7 business days. Please note we will deduct a bank wire fees of no more than 50$ per refund if made by bank wire transfer.

All credit card transactions will be refunded within 5 business days upon request of the customer. Please note, all cars are sold under AS IS policy as per which vehicle is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. Unfortunately, as a brokering company we cannot monitor and check physically all the cars that are available on our website. All the info about car's condition is presented by the sale auction or seller. We do not change and delete any info that does not correspond to the details that were provided by them. In case you have any doubts about car's condition we have several options how to check it prior to the purchase. So you can be %100 sure about car's condition in advance.

3. As it is stated on the website, shipping takes 45-60 days approximately. From our side we provided you with the information that was given by the shipping line, but as you understand ETA is estimated time of arrival only. It may surely change during transportation process and for all updated information and exact time of arrival, you should always refer to the agent at the destination that will be clearing vehicle from the port.
