The PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, keeps saying based on his antecedents, he is the best man to fix the country’s economy.

He must really think Nigerians are either daft or are suffering from amnesia. Below are records of his ‘achievements’ when he was head of President Olusegun Obasanjo’s economic team and chairman of the National Council on Privatization (NCP) from 1999 to 2007.

~16 billion dollars set aside for the upgrade of power supply infrastructure disappeared into thin air. No improvement in power supply to show for the humongous figure.

~In 2007, both a Senate panel, chaired by Victor Ndoma-Egba and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) indicted Atiku for diverting 145 million dollars meant for the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) to various bank accounts linked to him between 1999 and 2006.

~In 2010, the United States Senate Permanent Sub-Committee on Investigations exposed a pattern of wire transfers of more than 40 million dollars from offshore companies like Siemens into bank accounts controlled by Atiku and one of his wives, Jemila Abubakar (formerly Jennifer Iwenjora, later Jennifer Douglas). To avoid being arrested and jailed for this and other scandals, Atiku has avoided the US like a plague for years.

~He was also indicted by the former IGP Mike Okiro panel for sharing the 74 million dollars proceeds of the famous Halliburton bribe scandal to other top officials of the very corrupt administration in which he served.

~He sold national assets in fraudulent circumstances to himself and cronies and was heavily involved in the corruption-laden incorporation of Transcorp.

~US investigators also named Atiku as the collector of the famous 6 million dollars bribe from officials of Willbros Group, Inc., a global engineering and contractor company based in Houston, Texas. He was said to have demanded and collected the bribe to facilitate illicit and illegal deals for the company in Nigeria.

The man is a prolific genetic thief and looter with impunity.

GEJ will look like a learner next to him. PDP just wants another ATM with no pin code and they know Atiku is exactly that.

Nigeria was already recessed before PMB came in. GEJ was already borrowing just to pay salaries (it was that bad)

The past FG could no longer sustain anything as there was no liquidity since they were More keen on looting than anything else
Okonjo iweala warned GEJ but he refused to listen.

When your foreign reserves gets depleted from $55b to $27b in the most populous black nation in the world and you begin borrowing to pay salaries and you have rendered 30 States bankrupt and unable to pay salaries too that clearly shows we were already recessed before PMB came.

The oil price drop just exposed our already recessed nakèdnèss to the world that's all

Evidence of indictment and the fall out of it is imprisonment. Atiku has been in this country sll these years. He has travelled extensively all these years yet he has not been detained by the police for one day not to talk of securing a judgment against him and jailing him. I think there should be less talk and more action. Atiku clearly stated that if Buhari found any crime against him he would have been jailed. I believe that now security agencies are scouring through many things to find some negative records.

Under the watch of our intergrity president, we have witnessed vote buying in Ekiti and Osun state. How on earth did Kayode Fayemi/APC muster the finance used to remove a sitting PDP? Who will probe the source? While PDP was giving 3,000 at the polling units, APC gave 5,000. In Osun state we say APC losing. At the final poll how much did APC spend? Who will probe the source? None. The reason is because the fight against corruption is corrupted on its own and has failed the intergrity test. Percieved opponents are hounded everyday, oppresed and silenced so that we can have only one party. What constitutes intergrity? Is it only when you do not accept bribes? If the people who sorround you fail the test under your watch, can you rightly claim innocence? We are in trouble with this APC and their lack of tolerance. Look at most of their states and their states and their primaries. Ojoro everywhere. Abeg joo.

He has travelled everywhere EXCEPT to USA where incidentally he has a green card and does not require a visa to travel with.

The US homeland security report indicting Atiku was titled KEEPING FOREIGN CORRUPTION OUT OF UNITED STATES and Atiku was one of the corrupt case studies.

In essence the report when it says keeping foreign corruption out of USA implied also keeping the embodiments of corruption and not just the proceeds out of USA.

This Is why Atiku can never step foot in USA. He has been blacklisted as very corrupt and a thief

Your comment which I responded to shows you are badly in need of a functional brain. Pulling rubbish out of your arse just to post shows an echo is between your ears
