It is the first in the continent; it has never been done before by any airline; it is called
aero webmobile!!!

July 14th 2010, Aero will introduce the first mobile web and SMS ticketing service in
Africa. This product enables customers to search, book and pay for their tickets via
SMS to 32120 or mobile web @ m.flyaero.com. Payment can be made using the
details of any generally acceptable credit or debit card or our local cash cards from any
part of the world.

This service is powered by Slim Trader, a Seattle based e-commerce Company for
web and mobile services.

To buy tickets, customers can log on to m.flyaero.com from an activated WAP enabled
mobile telephone. Select their origin city and wait for a list of destination cities to
display and then select desired destination. From the next page that displays, the
customer will select a departure day and month, followed by the passenger type and
numbers and then search for flight. Choose your desired flight from the list of flights
displayed and input the passenger details; then proceed to check out and pay. Select
the card you wish to pay with, input your card details and continue to process
payment. This will be followed by a confirmation of successful payment with a
confirmed booking displayed.

The first phase whereby customers can access this service from WAP enabled phones
only will commence on the 19th of July; while the second phase will be effective from
the 1st of August 2010. The second phase allows anybody with any mobile phone to
send an SMS to a shortcode 32120 to connect to m.flyaero.com and make their ticket
purchase. This is at a cost of N150.00 SMS charge by the phone network for a bundle
of three SMS to conclude the booking.

At Aero, we make air travel easy with our innovative and affordable services. Tell
everybody!

shocked shocked shocked AERO INTRODUCES ATM PAYMENT FOR BOOK-ON-HOLD TICKETS grin grin grin

From 01 August 2010, Aero will introduce ATM payment for book on hold tickets.

In addition, payments can be made at all branches of the 20 Inter-switch supported banks nation wide.

Since ATM machines can only take numeric characters (digits from 0 to 9), every passenger reference generated from bookings on hold will have a numeric equivalent.

For instance, the booking reference ZABABC will have a numeric equivalent of 260102010203. This will appear alongside the regular booking reference. Passengers are expected to use the digits to retrieve the bookings at the ATM.
The numeric reference has been included in the confirmation document.

Please spread the news. It is about making it easier for our customers.
