I have been telling them half of SW voters are non Yorubas. Agbaje near victory is all they need to see as evidence. SW historically has always had divided vote block because again of non Yorubas there.

Go and check the total votes that came from both regions from 2003 to 2015. South west voting strength is just noise.

SW votes does not even come close to that of SS. Check the previous elections. It only had more votes than the SE in 2015 (difference of 1.7 million), SE had more in 2011 and 2007, while SS has always had more votes than SW

Those figures from 2007,2011 were terribly inflated.The card reader did a great job in 2015 to prevent those bloated figures.I think the 2015 figures are more realistic.

Yes SE vote is more valuable from strategic point of view. In 2015, Buhari won the entire SW with 500k while Jonathan won Anambra alone with 600k.

It means no matter what SW do, SE can always neutralize their nominal win. We expect APC to win SW, but we know the difference would be so small that Anambra can neutralize that.
